Betty's Midwest Kitchen Aman Suria

Porky restaurant with American feel, and currently very popular and crowd. I eated this place a few times liao.

I have read some comment that the service is not too good, but so far I have no bad experienced.

Pig in blanket. Todays one overburn the bacon but  still a nice snek.

Bacon spaghetti. Nothing special.

Fried Chicken. Quite nice and a good change from always eated KFC.

This is sinful and awsm pork belly. Tender with few layer meat, and a fragrant char on outside, this is heart stoppingly deliciose.

If I eated here I make sure I am there by 6:13pm on weekend. If you have group of 5 or more u shud booked.

Menya Musashi @ One Utama

Since it open many said its the best ramen in town. As ramen experts I must go and tried.

I learned ramen eating from none other than the legend movie Tampopo(1985).avi

Menya Musashi has 2 soups with 3 different oil for the base soup.
This one is garlic oil. Fragrant but a little strong.

This is the standard with the onion oil. I find this best item.

They also have a miso soup one. Tastes... like miso soup. Not great.

This is the 3rd type of oil its chilli oil. Very flavouring!

Springy noddles.
Tasty soup.
Crunchy shinachiku root.
Fresh spring onion.
Nice layered cuts of tender pork.

This is great ramen indeed for KL standard and I will love to eated again and again.

It is located in Isetan's Eat Paradise.

U Banquet Mong Kok

When in Hong Kong must try the King of Har Gow at U Banquet. I tried the one along Nathan Road.

Every table got put the ad for their Har Gow

This is vege dumpling its very crunchy and nice

The Har Gow is big and very tasty with fresh prawn and thin skin.
Really topping in taste.

This prawn chee cheong fun is also very tasty but portion a little small, I eated in under a minute.

Another specialty of dumpling in XO sauce. Nice.

Phoenix Claw. Fantastic flavor and big claws, I never eated a better one before!

Prawns on siu mai. Faultless.

This is really good dimsum and the price is cheap also given the settings, average item was about HKD13 only.

This is a must-go when I go back here again.

Spring Deer Restaurant @ Tsim Sha Tsui

This place serves Beijing style food. We follow a recommended by a friend so we came here without booking on a weekday, they were fully book but gave us a table cos we were early.

The Siu Loong Bao was a little dry. Plenty of meat inside but not enough soup.

Four types of vege. Nothing wrong here.

Golden tofu with shrimp roe, this is quite tasty.

Peking Duck serve with roll and sauce. This is really good. skin crispy, meat tender.

I could eated the entire plate myself!

A Sang Choy Bow add on with duck meat, this was quite good too.

I would gladly return here again :)

2/F, 42 Mody Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, China

Lei Garden Restaurant @ Tsim Sha Tsui

Booked a table for lunch to try out the famous 5-layer roast pork.

Very tiny portion of very exquisite taste of 5 layer roast pork serve with a form of mustard sauce. Skin is crispy, and the meat almost melts in your mouth

Nice har gow with big pieces of prawn inside. Delicious.

The loh mai kai is also nice in the lotus wrap.

Lau Sa Bao has sweet and creamy interior

Char Siew Bao has nice sliced char siew inside

Ham Sui Kok has very little filling and make the bite lacking despite crispy shell.

Siew Ma with big chunky prawn this is very tasty

Prawn Chee Cheong Fun is great skin and filling, pair with the fragrance of soya sos.

Good service, good food, really worth the Michelin star.
