Restoran Hup Huat Melaka

This is a noddle house off lebuh AMJ towards Muar.

Ample parking on weekend

Taugeh dish is nice with quite fat tauge

Tasty steam chicken with oyster sauce but a little pricey

Supposedly the signature wantanmee but the char siew is drier and hard. noddles are ok.

Kuay teow konlo, I feels it taste better than the wantanmee

This fry wantan took a while to arrive but it tasted great! Crucnchy and a fresh prawn inside as filling. Only wish the filling was more.

Overall not bad place to go but expect to pay KL prices.

Bens General Food Store @ Bangsar Village

Came here for breakfast, been wanting to tried it for a while now. Decor is interesting, looks like a western deli of some sort. Lighting is not too birght, one downlamp per table. For breakfast, each table come with one toaster.

This is banana chocolate french toast with marscapone. Its nice bread and chocoloate, not too sweet. But the banana was far from ripe, and that spoilt the dish for me in a way.

Baked eggs - americana style. I like this dish. Nice flavours form the chorizo and all, and baking it really brought the dish together. What i did not like, was the portion. Really small.

Breakfast pizza - eggs royale. Not bad, interesting pizza, but nothing to shout about also.

Overall the food is not up to expectation, given the pricey of it. Will i return? Maybe, to try other stuff but with antipodean and plan B so near, this is not my first choice of breakfast place.

Restoran Paradise Inn @ Sunway Pyramid

Paradise Inn is locate in Sunway Pyramid New Wing same level as Starbucks. Pass by a few time so decide to try it. Menu ver interesting, items slightly expensive.
Interior got nice feel with the lanterns

Menu also got nice cover

The soup comes in claypots and served to you in bowls. This is pork stomach soup. Its tasty although could do with more peperry taste (i like it peppery)

Claypot brinjal is nice and go well with rice. Not too salty.

Scallop and asparagus. Nice taste but the dish is really really small!

Kong Bak Pao - good taste and nice soft bun! definitely worth to try this.

Finally, ultra thin slice of cod fish. Taste is good, but the portion is just disappointing. Overall this place is pricey, but I think it serves good tasty food and soups. Worth to visit for b/day, or some other celebrations.

Edo Ichi @ First Subang

Located on first floor of First Subang in SS15, opposite the McD drive thru. Its a nice little "mall", and this restoran is located inside. We wented there for a try after some recommendation from frens.

This is teriyaki cod fish sliced ultra thin. Not worth to order at all. I rather they twice the thickness and half the size, because it so thin you dont taste the softness of the fish texture.

Scallop in mayo. Not bad la but not impressive

Fried fish pcs. Nice crunchy taste.

Fried Udon. got the bonito flakes on top one. This is quite nice.

Overall ok ok nia. Can drop by again, maybe try some bento. But if I am in SS15, i rather just try my luck at Rakuzen. One appeal is that this First Subang got Chatime haha.

Antipodean Cafe Bangsar

Nice western breakfast place cafe in Bangsar Telawi 2, aussie style. Portions kind of big if you arent used it it. Gets crowded due to small place.

Menu on the wall. This is drinks.

Food items on the wall.

Chocolat and oren jus. Nice.

Cappucino is nice enough coffee taste

Big breakfast. Egg is little bland but mushroom has garlic so balance. Bacon is lean.

Banana pancake with butterscotch sos. Sinful!

Another big breakfast wth pork sosej. This one more balance because the pork sosej is a little salty so goes well with the egg and bread.

French toast, maply syrup and bacon. Not bad but toast could be better.

Add on some grill tomatos. Nice!

Definitely return, i like western breakfasts.

Actually i eated here before some time ago but was not good. now I try again.

This charsiu siuyoke rice looks normal, but tastes GREAT! i love it!

The chee cheong fun is average fare. But decent size prawns.

The soup wantanmee is bland soup, but the noddle and wantan were not bad.

Chicken feet were quite nice. Eat while hot.

The fried carrot cake was good. Will surely order again next time.

This angry bird fail. Where the feather on the head!

Anyway, good food and drinks here at sunway pyramid branch. Bright also cos got windows.
